Our Ethos
Our ethos is based on sound knowledge and understanding of child development. Sunbeams Managing Director Kate Plews is a qualified Health Visitor with 20 years experience working with children. Kate has developed her nurseries using sound principles and in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. The main principles are:
