Time Traveller Week
December 3 @ 8:00 am - December 7 @ 5:00 pm
Pretend to be a Time Traveller has been celebrated annually across the world since 2007. The first known concept of any mention of time travel is in ancient Hindu mythology. In one of the stories, the King Revaita travels far away to meet the creator, Brahma. Upon his return to his kingdom, he is shocked to find that many ages have passed during his relatively short absence.
During this week we will be pretending to be Time Travellers – traveling back in time with the children looking at what life was like over years gone by, and travelling into the future thinking about what life might be like in years to come – we may find cave men and dinosaurs or flying cars and aliens – who knows!
